"Amazing Customer Service. I have been with this firm for many years, and the services they provide are impeccable. I have out Auto Insurance, Home Owners Insurance and Rental policy all in one bundle and it works! Kristan stays on top of her accounts and makes sure that I know what is due and when. Claims process is also pleasant and hassle free. I was just in June of 2024 in a horrible (car) accident with major injuries, my car was totaled and the person that hit me was uninsured , and Jason and his team have assisted me in every aspect; from Car Rental, Car Replacement and medical bills."

"Analley, We are sorry that you are dis-satisfied, however, As mentioned per our conversation, you were notified in writing 30 days prior to the cancellation date. In addition, you specifically called the office weeks before the cancellation to let us know that you were moving your policy which you did no timely proceed with. Corporate charged your account accordingly and will refund any balance owed to you. "

"Jason and his team are great! I've had State Farm for over 10 years and I switched to Jason as my agent about a year ago. He reviewed my policies and found a lot of things off that my former agent had set up. He educated me on what I should do and why. He got me out of a really bad spot that my former agent had put me in. He made sure I personally and my business were protected. His team is always available to speak with if he's not and if they don't answer right away they always call me back the same day. They're always easy to reach via email too. Always friendly service too!"

"My contractor and I were having issues with my State Farm Adjuster always taking days, if not weeks, to respond to any of our questions or correspondences. I can count on one hand the number of times this adjuster had responded in a timely manner. One call to Jason's office and they were able to get my adjuster to not only respond to my contractor's correspondence but also start the payout process same day. Very thankful for his staff's professionalism and competence."

"Stay clear of this local State Farm agent. Jason Giambi was initially great when we needed to get home insurance; but as soon as I we had a claim, Jason and his employees have been nowhere to be found. Jason won’t accept calls and doesn’t respond to any text or emails. .. We have had no help in navigating the process of our devastating loss.. Absolutely NO customer service. State Farm as a company has been a complete nightmare. Like a bad neighbor, State Farm will not be there. Terrible experience!!!"

The facts are that Jason and his staff have answered your phone calls and responded to your requests along with Jason speaking directly with you on several occasions in addition to speaking to your claims adjuster along with regional office multiple times on your behalf regarding your claim. Jason ended up SAVING you tens of thousands of dollars. The request that you insisted on that was not fulfilled, which ultimately has resulted in your complaint and lack of satisfaction, would’ve been inappropriate for any ethical agent and/or carrier to fulfill due to all the facts that you provided. This has subsequently resulted in your continued attempt to disparage this agency and Jason’s reputation. It would be more constructive to contact the office to discuss any further complaints you have versus attempting to discredit a business with partial and prejudice information. "

"Jason Giambi, State Farm Agent has provided no support to me and my family after having our first claim. A pipe burst under our kitchen sink resulting in a complete loss of our downstairs home. We have had a very difficult time navigating this process and Jason Giambi have been of no help to us. After two months our home is still in complete shambles, and we haven't received any money to re-build and zero reimbursement for living expenses. Jason is happy to sell you insurance and collect your astronomical premiums; but he's nowhere to be found when you actually need him. Beware."
